The Actors Conservatory only cancels performances in the most severe road conditions. Unless otherwise noted on our website, the show will go on.

We know that conditions for travel can be more treacherous for some guests than they are here at the theater; should you have concerns about being able to arrive at the theater safely due to the weather, please contact our box office at 503-274-1717 or email info@pac.edu to reschedule your tickets. Our box office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Road conditions are evaluated hourly and the decision to cancel a performance would most likely occur on the day of the performance itself. Please check www.pac.edu for the most up to date information regarding a performance or call the box office at 503-546-7350.

In the unlikely event that a performance is canceled, notice will be posted to the top of our homepage (www.pac.edu) and we will attempt to contact all ticketed guests by email or phone in the coming days to facilitate rescheduling your tickets as soon as possible. During a cancellation you are welcome to contact our box office during business hours, however please know that due to high call volume during cancellations, it may take some time to answer or return your call. Rest assured that your ticket is still valid and we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution for you as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend a later performance of the present show, we are happy to transfer your tickets to either In the Blood by Suzan-Lori Parks or This Random World by Steven Dietz.
