College Housing Northwest: A nonprofit organization that enhances student success by creating supportive housing communities, providing programs and services, and reducing the financial burden for students. CHNW’s mission is to provide high quality apartments at affordable rents to college students in Oregon with few barriers. They make it easy to rent with no rental history or cosigner required & low security deposits.
The Outpost and The Village: Local co-living communities that provide affordable, convenient, community-focused apartments where residents can connect with like-minded people while enjoying the benefits of shared resources.
Koz: Provides high quality urban housing options that are accessible to students in buildings near work, school, and local amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. Their projects are environmentally friendly and intentionally located near transit, requiring little to no dependence on an automobile for transportation.

Oregon Gender-Affirming Resource Guide: Housing and other support for students who identify as LGBTQ+.
